Yacht listings, specifications, photographs and prices are provided by third-party central agents and yacht owners and are subject to change without notice. All content is indicative and does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance. Advertising on Google, Meta or other platforms is promotional only and does not create a booking until a formal charter agreement is signed.
A charter brokerage relationship is formed only upon execution of a charter agreement between you, the yacht owner and/or European Yachting Vacations acting as broker. Charters are typically concluded under MYBA-standard contracts; see MYBA explained.
You must not misuse the site (including scraping, introducing malware, attempting unauthorised access, or submitting false enquiry details). We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms are breached.
Site design, text and branding are the property of European Yachting Vacations. Third-party yacht imagery remains the property of its respective owners and is displayed with permission for marketing purposes.
We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our liability for use of this website is limited to the maximum extent permitted. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or travel insurance advice.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales; the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.
